EXTRA BERRIES WAS INCREDIBLE
Corned Beef Country Style Hash
Tried the corned beef hash this a.m. and while the flavor profile was excellent, the beef itself was very, very dry. As a note to the kitchen, adding some of your pinot noir onions and some bell peppers to this dish would add much needed moisture. As it is now with only the potatoes and corned beef it is a disappointment. If ordered again I would request one of your excellent sauces to smother it in.

The filet benedict is excellent! I ordered medium rare and it was cooked perfectly as was the egg (the white was cooked through instead of having that snotty goop which is a pet peeve of mine). The brandy cream sauce is so good I wished there was more of it and will order more on the side next time. The potatoes here are divine and I am not a "potato person". I definitely recommend this dish and will order again :)

Classic Pancakes
The pancakes are just as good as the Belgium Waffles. I often switch between the Pancake and Waffles. It's hard to say which is best. I like to add blueberries in the batter, along with hot syrup. You can't beat this combo.
